Reporting a plant problem
If a plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- clear photographs of the entire plant;
- close-up photographs of the reported problem;
- photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
